As a photographer based in Vincentia , the breathtaking backdrop of Jervis Bay will be our studio.
The Shoalhaven and Jervis Bay coastline is a place of untamed beauty, from the crystal-clear waters of Blenheim Beach and Murrays Beach to the rugged cliffs and soft, golden light.
We will work together to select the perfect location that tells your Pregnacy story, whether that’s the iconic white sands, a secluded bushland path, or the dramatic coastline at sunset.

Jervis Bay Maternity Session Frequently asked questions
When is the best time to book my maternity session?
You should schedule your maternity photography session between 28 and 34 weeks of pregnancy, when your bump is beautifully round but you are still comfortable. However, because we book out months in advance, we recommend securing your date during your second trimester (around 12 weeks)."
What should I wear?
Don't stress! I provide access to a curated client wardrobe of beautiful dresses from 'Making Mama'. As a client you receive a 10% discount on the hire. If you book 'The Motherhood Journey' Package, dress hire is included. I will also send a full preparation guide to help you style your whole family.
Can my partner and other children be in the photos?
Absolutely. This is a celebration of your entire family's journey. We will do a gentle mix of family and solo time. Often with young kids, we encourage a helper- Someone who isn't in the session and can assist and or take the littles home after we have captured them first. The yourself and hubby can really relax.
What if the weather is bad?
As a natural-light & outdoor photographer, I do rely on the weather. If it's raining or dangerously windy, we will simply reschedule to the next available date.
Jervis Bay has lots of different pockets that we can shift too to avoid winds and a reschedule too.
Do photographers offer maternity and newborn packages?
Yes, booking a combined maternity and newborn photography package is highly recommended to ensure a cohesive visual story. Claire Frances Photography offers a signature combined package called "The Motherhood Journey" for families in the Jervis Bay and Shoalhaven regions.
This exclusive package secures both your maternity session (ideally between 28 and 34 weeks) and your newborn session.
